Direwolf 20 (The Very Top on the list) Outdated Server

• What version of FTB are you using? (Dont just say latest tell us the version) Direwolf20 (v1.0.23) Minecraft Version 1.6.4
  
• Did you add any mods to the server pack? No

I installed step by step and deleted the server start files, and followed instructions to put (Config) folder and (Mods) folder in the root. And put the server (Which is named custom_server to work better with the server) along with the libraries folder inside the (jar) folder.

I booted it up and it starts perfectly, but when I start the 1.6.4 client via Feed the Beast launcher, it says server is outdated.

The server also says it's a 1.5 server, but I used direwolf 1.6.4 to make it.

Assuming your client is on the right version. First provide the enter server.log

Also the way you described how you set it up didn't quite make sense "put the library's in the jar"?
Can you post a list of all files in the server directory please?
