Modpack version 1.1.1 and all versions before

Details of the issue This crash report is report from a owner of the server.
This crash happens when many of my players drop items from crafting table or chest etc.

What I have done to fix from keep crashing is destory the entity by setting lava on it using /setblock x y z lava


Please help us because so many users are having this problem. Any help is accepted.
