Direwolf 1.5 Pack Cant open Nether portal

Hi.

In the actually Direwolf Pack i cant open a nether portal.

I build the Portal and when i use flint and steel nothing happend.

Anyone know why ?

Edit : Ok. Only at night i can build a portal. that is new

LOL. I never knew that myself as I wondered why my portal would not light up.

This isn't about it being night actually. Some mod seems to be placing invisible pass-through blocks all over the place, that you can easily replace but not use flint and steal or bonemeal on. It might block things like tree growth too.
To fix the portal issue at least, you can just place a block of dirt at the spot you want to light up, break the dirt and use the flint and steel right afterwards.

I just clicked a couple of more times and then it lit the portal.
