Every time I try to start the server I get this error:

Server: on my computer
FTB version: 1.6.4 v1.0.23
Mods: I didn't add any mods
Specs: -Processor: Intel Core i5-4460
-Videocard: Club3D Radeon R9 280 royalKing
-Ram: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 2x 4 GB
I don't know what the problem is exactly I only get the error above every time.
