Dimensional Transceivers not sending power

So I finally get to the End and kill the dragon, my ender pearl problems no longer an issue. So I create two Dimensional Tranceivers from Ender IO, first off, the GUI is confusing as all heck, makes me miss Tesseracts even more. >.< As I can't tell one tab from another I set all three to have a channel "Power" and that channel Sends and Receives. I place down one next to the Viberant Capacitor Bank so the output Enhanced Energy Conduit is going into it. Set the IO to Send/Receive from that side, and it starts to glow. The local and send/receive buffers both full. I go to the Deep Dark with the RFTools Builder I've been using as a Quarry and set it up,connect it to the second Dimensional Transceiver, set the three Power channels to Send / Receive, go into the Inventory screen, click the map symbol, Claim the chunk I am in and shift+click that chunk so it's red bordered (chunk loaded) and all seems well. I check later and the Builder is out of power, the Send/Receive buffer is empty, but the local buffers (both of them) are full. I can't get this damn thing to send power. >.< Plenty of power for it, the Viberant Capacitor Bank is set to output 10k RF/t.
