Hi, I would like to detect when a capacitor bank is empty (ender io). Im using lava as main power and I have to move my pumps sometimes. I use a reactor of big reactor as energy backup that I only want to active when power is needed.

Attach the therefore designed "Power Monitor". Its "Engine Control" can be set to a high and low threshold for when the redstone signals should start and stop.
You can have as many as you want attached with their percentages staggered, so a larger and larger power draw on the Capacitor, will trigger more and more power generators.
Like for example 75-99% turns on Lava power. 50-75% turns on Big Reactor, 25-50% turns on Biofuel engines, 5-25% turns on Fuel engines.
Just make sure all power generators go through the capacitor, and the capacitor is large enough to have a throughput high enough of the combined production.
