Are RP deployers supposed to work with BC tanks? Like put liquids into them and fill containers from them. I didn't post this in the bug report section since I wasn't sure if they are even supposed to work like that. I know they used to work like that before, but maybe they have changed it?

To remove liquids from containers and put back, I use liquid transposers. AFAIK deployers won't do that- but I haven't tried.

I tried filling an iron tank from railcraft with milk build using buckets of milk in a deployer. They don't seem to work.

Ya, the deployer doesn't transport liquid.. What the OP is doing is using buckets.. Since the deployer acts just like a player right clicking using a bucket should work to fill the Bucket inside the deployer then you ship it off.. And reuse the bucket when it comes back.

But your not the only one complaining about this not working.. So the option might be broken or taken out.. Which would be a bummer, since a lot of people love this method..

lots of others way to do it now though.. TE has at least 2 options.. Railcraft has one if you use with mystcraft.

Since someone elsewhere mentioned Turtles can't bucket into a tank either, it sounds like the bug/issue is with the Iron Tanks, not the Deployers.

Could be.. But then it would be all the tanks.. The Guy below the OP said it doesn't work with Railcraft Iron tanks either.. And The OP said he was using BC tanks. So this is strange indeed.

I just tested Deployers with BC Tanks, TE Portable Tanks, and RC Iron Tanks, using the Mindcrack pack. It seems that they can't interact with any of them anymore, neither depositing nor sucking liquids. Although a Deployer trying to place water into an Iron Tank ends up somewhat hilariously dropping a water block inside the tank structure.

It's quite a shame, I do remember them working in an earlier RP version. Maybe since liquid tubes have been added, that functionality has been taken out.
