like pip said, if you really dont want to make anymore worlds, you can cheat in a mystcraft notebook through creative mode that has all the symbols.
since a while I also cheat in a book, just because making all those worlds for nothing isn't exactly helpful, but I do have certain requirements before I make certain ages.
for example to make a mystcraft crystal age, I first have to go to the nether and gather 64 glowstone blocks. to make a accelerated age, I need to have made atleast 3 farms before I make that age. to make a dense ore ages, I need to have made a link modifier. for an age to gather beehives, I need to have made alteast 8 beehives myself, and not steal/merch them from villages.
this way you don't have the hassle of making tons of ages for nothing, but still keep the challenge.
