Default Minecraft Blocks location in TPs?

Can anyone tell me where I can find the default minecraft blocks (dirt, stone, etc) in mod TPs like Soartex?

I think I see the issue. Some of these mod texture packs are using the old terrain.png and not the new system.

Well Mindcrack pack is a 1.4.7 Pack which is from before the new system even existed

Yeah, just realized that. Was using Monster mod before so I was thinking in terms of 1.6.4
