DC and crash client when joining my server

Details of the issue:
When i walked close to an area same thing happned. Now when joining this happends. Im able to /tp myself somewhere when i join in trough console, but that dosent help the area giving me instant crash, This has happned on 2 spots now. And i have no clue how to understand the issue.
