Title says it all, I want to disable the mod including the bar on the right for all players server side, if this is possible anyone mind letting me know how to do it?

I also couldn't find a way to disable the mod without completely removing it, for I wouldn't mind keeping the vanity bits of the mod.
 
If there isn't the option to change it in the config file, then it's likely you would need to politely ask the mod author to consider adding it,
