Hey all

Testing a Home Brew Thaumcraft Pack with some Tech mods but it crashes as soon as I try to use a Mystcraft Scribing Table...

http://pastebin.com/F08dmDD0

If there is anything that I can do to fix this I would be grateful for Any Advice...

Having literally the exact same error, give or take. Using different mods than you, as well.

Stack trace only blames Mystcraft, which is the part that's confusing me. Comparing notes, looks like we have a few mods in common, Thaumcraft, Tinker's Construct, Buildcraft, AE2, NEI (+A few mods), Thermal Expansion, Botania-... List goes on and on.

I was ABOUT to blame it on Optifine, but you don't have that installed, so I guess that rules my suspicion out-... Other contenders are Inventory Tweaks, NEI or one of its mods-.. Basically things that have to do with the GUI, which is what seems to be throwing the error. I'm gonna do some poking and prodding on my end and see if mine mystically starts working and what we could learn from it.

Found it!

I did some more googling while I was waiting for Curse to open up again after restarting it (Overlay broke), and I found out that this is a current issue over on the Github for it.

The bug is that if you click on the right side of the desk, it breaks. Weirdly specific, but that explains why I was only getting it exactly half the time. It was first reported back in August, but looks like that was right after the latest release was rolled out. Personally? I don't think I'll remember to only use the left side of the desk; I'm gonna downgrade my Mystcraft and roll with that.

Edit: Just confirmed, using the version just previous of latest fixes it. I'd post a link, but new accounts can't do that.
