Custom modpack single-player world - AE2 and Mekanism error?

I've been playing with a big modpack derived from ATM 3 - Remix and there has been an occurring problem when I am using the Applied Energistics 2 mod to autocraft Mekanism recipes.

Here's what happens:
Using CraftingManager fallback: Recipe <mekanism:transmitter_3_alt_alt_alt> for output <8xtile.Transmitter@3> rejected inputs [1xtile.Transmitter@3, 1xtile.Transmitter@3, 1xtile.Transmitter@3, 1xtile.Transmitter@3, 1xitem.AtomicAlloy@0, 1xtile.Transmitter@3, 1xtile.Transmitter@3, 1xtile.Transmitter@3, 1xtile.Transmitter@3]. NOT FOUND, please report.​

Straight from the console and whenever this happens, it makes my single-player world lag like hell.

Is there any workaround to this recipe error or should I just ditch it? because I love Mekanism for it's industrial way of processing massive amounts of raw minerals from my 100% infused RFTools builder in the deep dark dimension ;p

If you edit mod packs then you're mostly on your own - as it's no longer the same pack as the released one.

With that said, All the Mods is not made by FTB, you should seek support from that mod pack author if there's something you need help with on their packs.
