I have just logged in and get a message that there are updates at the mod pack (FTB Beta) and the Launcher asked me if I want to backup my config. I said yes because I made some changes to several files. When I then logged in int the game everything was back to default. So I searched for the backup folder but can't find one, so I am now editing all the files again and hope I will get the config like I had it before.
Oh and it also deletes all my Rei's Minimap Waypoints so I have to run around and set all the waypoints again.
So two things:
1.) It would have been nice to know which mods were updated in the message
2.) It would have been nice if the question to backup my config would have worked.
