Curcuit Boards - Forestry 2

I'm not sure if this is intentional or a known bug with circuit boards & electron tubes, and my searches have proven unsuccessful in finding any answer.

I've noticed that my tubes have been disappearing sometimes when trying to solder them to a circuit. Is this intentional because I could possibly be trying to solder a tube to the wrong type of board.

This is the last this that i have to do to get my 2 farms up and running, any help would be awesome and much appreciated

First add the tubes (and choose correctly for engine, manual farm, managed farm), THEN add the circuit. Otherwise it will often delete your precious tubes.
