I've just finished setting up a huge pure node exactly where I want it atop my base. Now I'm trying to use a crystal core/obsidian totem thing on a 6-way frame engine to move any other nearby nodes far enough away that they wont interact.

Unfortunately, every time I activate the core it keeps pulling on the big pure node instead of the, much closer, other node that I'm trying to pull away. I even tried completely draining the the pure node, and putting the crystal core 5 blocks from the other node (and several hundred from the pure node) but it still pulls on the pure node.

I didn't even know the cores could pull nodes from that far away, but it definitely gets moved a tiny bit before I can shut the core off. Anyone know what's going on?

Just a guess here but maybe using the frame machine is causing it to lock to a certain node, best I can come up with.

Yeah, not sure how the calculation works, but it might only measure it when it's placed down. This is bad for moving lots of nodes small distances, but great for moving one node long distances.
