Creeper Collateral not working

I'm running an FTB Ultimate server, and Creeper Collateral is not working. I have not changed any configs on the server, except to enable the recipe for the black hole chest.

When a creeper blows stuff up, some blocks are destroyed and do not drop. It's supposed to drop them all, right?

IMO it is a terrible mod that is very glitchy with mcpc and auto installs it's plugin which breaks some other plugins I have, it would be best to get a plugin like worldguard dang run their blasts off OR use /gamerule mobGriefing false

I'm not using MCPC on this server, because it's a survival server and MCPC makes the Crucible in Thaumcraft mess up. I use MCPC on my creative server. But thanks for the help! I'll likely use the gamerule option.

Last time I played ultimate it didn't came with Creeper Collateral and I can not find a version for minecraft 1.4.7 which ultimate is as far as I know. You could look in the coremods folder to see if its there.

It's there. There's a configuration for it.
