so everytime i start a new world in ftb infinity, no matter what world gen i use... this is 90% of my biomes. Any ideas? I have added a lot of mods, but i have only started having this issue after adding RTG. But it happens when not using that type of gen. And there are no other issues between other mods. (i fixed all those)

Well it is quite obvious you have added mods to the pack from the pic and one of them is causing this issue. You are also running optifine. For TESTING purpose I would start removing those added mods one or two at a time until you locate the one that is causing the issue. Then once you know which one is causing the issue you can put the other back to verify it and then make a decision about what to do next.

The last mod added was Real Terrain Gen. Added a week ago, and it was fine. Decided to create new world yesterday after never having this issue and now I have it everytime, even after removing,to try to test.

If Biomes'o'Plenty is enabled, but not selected as the generator for your 1.7 world, odd things happen. The most documented case was entire worlds of Mushroom Islands biomes. If you use RTG to generate your new world, try disabling BoP first and see if this helps. Note that you would have to enable it before playing with any worlds currently generated using it, and enabling it in the new world after creation may lead to new chunks generating with similar problems. Might be best to test with a separate profile to save confusion.

I don't think it is that BOP mushroom biome thing. If you look at his picture it says he is in a cold beach biome not a mushroom biome. But yes one of biome is probably the cause.

Agreed this is not the exact same mushroom biome thing, but BoP had a history of screwing up world gen in 1.7 if enabled but not selected for use when creating a world. As I said, the most common issue reported was the mushroom biome, but the addition of RTG could explain why it's a different biome generating. The easiest test is to create a new world with BoP disabled to see if the problem persists.
