Crashing when dying ingame

Ok this is a weird one. It's happened 3 times so far today using the new FTB launcher. I would die in game and when I attempt to respawn everything just closes and in my launcher folder I get the following error report:

Never seen one like this before. I'm not even sure it's a crash related to the FTB launcher, so if it's not I'm sorry for posting it here.

And if that is indeed the problem then that just makes this whole thing even funnier.

oke just heard from the Dev guys.

Try updating your Nvidia drivers
