Crashing when connectig to own server but singleplayer and other servers are fine

If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue I can load the modpack normally create single player worlds and could even join a random pubic server but for some reason i can't seem to join the server my friends are hosting ive been able to in the past but overnight i tried joining and this started to happen. sometimes it instantly disconnects and donen't crash i even tried to use a differnt launcher (mulitmc) and it still does the same thing its very odd.
