Summary of the problem Crashes before opening minecraft

Pack Version 3.0.9

What is the bug? The game crashes before even opening the minecraft window

Mod & Version Skyblock 3 V3.0.14

Is it repeatable? Yes, it happens whenever i try and launch the mod

Known Fix
 
This doesn't really look like a bug with the pack.

Are you using Windows Server 2012 R2 as a client?

What GPU do you have and what drivers have you installed for that?
(did you also enable desktop experience?)
