Crash while XP farming Unleashed

Hello dear reader!

I have a blaze farm in Unleashed. I occasionally let my computer run a night while i stand next to the blaze farm for xp. The weird thing is, every time when i do that, it crashes after a few hours... This is the error log i get:

Can anyone help me figuring out what the problem is? The server does not crash, only the client.
I have 7GB Ram allocated, and a decent gaming pc.

Help is much appreciated

Don't allocate more than 4gb because java is not smart with memory usage.
