Summary of the problem Crash when using Item transfer node on Quantum tank

Pack Version 3.0.6

What is the bug? When you direct items into a quantum tank using a item transfer node

Mod & Version Extra Utilities - 0.4.5.24
Quantum Storage - 3.2.19

Is it repeatable? Yes.
Using anything that can hold an item - Chest for example. Transfer an item from the chest using an item transfer node into a quantum tank.

Known Fix
 
Extra Utilities is actually version 1.1.3d.
It wouldn't allow me to edit the post, apologies for the inconvenience.
