Crash report

Hi
Using: Direwolf20 modpack
Playing on a sever

I went to the nether and the game just quited. I tried to relog in but i got a crash report. I tried to reinstall the whole game. Nothing heleped. I dont know what to do.

I tried 3 or 4 times now and the server just let me play. So it is working again.

Can you please post your console log as well?
Are you able to play a single player world?
Are you able to connect to other servers?

Save your saves!
Try a clean reinstall of your launcher (just to rule things out)
