Summary of the problem Crash on Startup
Pack Version 3.0.8
What is the bug? When starting the modpack, as mods are initializing it crashes on 4/7 and always on RFTools.

Is it repeatable? Yes. Crashes at the same place several times in a row.
Known Fix Previous fixes that worked for this issue, even specifically crashing when RFTools is initializing, included a hotfix for NVIDIA drivers. Unfortunately, in my case my drivers are much newer, but rolling back to the drivers that worked previously doesn't work either.
EDIT: FIXED! The issue apparently stemmed from having RivaTuner running in the background. Closing that allows the pack to run flawlessly.
