Crash on startup - Divide by zero in SplashProgress

Details of the issue:
Crashes occasionally on start-up. Cannot reproduce on demand, but this has happened 3 times since upgrading to 2.1.3. Usually, restarting gets past the issue.​
 
Disabling the fancy Forge startup splash properties may help stop that from occurring. Outlined here is information on how to do that.
