Solved Crash on server startup! (Ultimate Questpack)

Hi! I recently made a server for the third party pack, Ultimate Questpack. I wanted to play with my friends because we love doing quests and this particular pack has 700+. I tried making a server for it on my own. There was no official server file for it so I copied the mods over. I removed Better Title Screen since it was a client-side only mod and someone told me I needed to remove it. Anyways, as my server loads up, its all normal and then it just stops or something. Here is the crash log to explain more.

I removed MouseTweaks. The server worked but when I tried to join it, I got "Fatally Missing Blocks or Items"

I was playing around and I was able to fix the problem by replacing the config folder from the server with the one on my client. Anyways, thanks for the help!
