Feed The Beast

Hello. I have added Veinminer to the modpack "Crash Landing", and for the most part it works perfectly. However, I am unable to get the hammers added by ExNihilo to work at all with this mod. I already understand that this is a common issue, and I have genuinely tried very hard to try and solve this myself, but I am still unable to get it to work. Here is a paste of my config file, and if someone could help me out, that would be great. Thank you.
