Crafting Guide?

There are so many machines from many different mods that take lots of resources like greg-tech and I wanted to know if there is a mod or program that tells you the raw materials. Its very complicated for me to stick up and calculate how much materials I need and I want something better for me to tell how many resources I need. Thanks in advance!

NEI is your friend. Just take a bunch of what you need and craft with it. It doesn't matter if you have leftovers as you can just put them away anyway.
