Summary of the problem Crafting 9 logs into bark gives 2 bark instead of 9

What is the bug? Quark's recipe for bark has been changed to avoid conflicts with Forestry's wood pile. The original recipe uses 4 logs to create 4 blocks of bark. The tweaked recipe consumes 9 logs to create 2 blocks of bark.
This recipe should be re-tweaked to preserve the 1:1 ratio of logs and bark.
This same issue happened in FTB Beyond, which I reported (https://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/quark-bark-recipes-have-unusually-low-output.222523/) but was ignored by the FTB Team.
