Details of the issue I Beleive i have Corrupted my world. im not sure what has caused it but i was traveling with my jet pack(i believe i wasnt even loading new chunks as i was close to my base still) and minecraft crashed.

now when i try to load it back up it minecraft will stop responding and i have to close it.

Not a reply as such I'm afraid, only to say I have suffered the same thing.
 
1. How many RAM allocated for modpack?

I have got it working. I deleted all versions and saves, upped the Twitch Minecraft memory allocation to 9.216 MB and did 2 system restores!! I then downloaded the mod pack again.
