Connection Lost - Failed To Login Error?

I'm been having connectivity problem's on my server for awhile now,can anyone tell me if it's bugging out,or if there's anyway to help it?

Normally when I get an error when logging in, I just try again and it normally works the second or third time.

Otherwise, I personally haven't found a solution, so hopefully someone with further info can help here. You should post your log now so they will have it and can help you a lot quicker.

Edit- Also, This should prob be in the "Server Tech Support" subfourm.

When you have issues like this, check out http://help.mojang.com/ first. Seems they are having some up's and down's again .
