Windows .exe Connecting to server... Missing a mod?

Hello there fellow FTB'ers.

Today when the launcher ( Finally ) started working i tried to join my server but every time i try to join it says:

You don't have FML installed, you cannot connect to this server

Any idea what it is or how to fix it? or is it only a temp. bug?
 
Ahh yes, it's working now.

Should have re-installed the launcher before asking for further help... Stupid me.

Anyway, thanks for the help.
 
so i got the same error message and i reinstalled the launcher, updated minecraft, and made sure all the details were correct, any new ideas?
 
Try deleteing all MC installs on your system (or pack them down/backup on dropbox etc) and run a CCleaner on your system.
Some times old MC installs can derp up the install, no idea how or why though.
