Using Monster. Okay so i build some steam dynamos to power the quarry but I'm confused bc steam dynamos is RF and quarries run on MJ, if i set them up with golden conductive pipes to power the quarry will it automatically convert? it this efficient?
 
No. Use RF conduits--if the machine they're attached to requests MJ, they will automatically output MJ.
 
Use any of the 3 or so conduit types added by Thermal Expansion. Leadstone is the first, followed by I believe Hardened, and then (I think) Redstone Conduits.
