Config Backup?

Maybe I'm being extremely shortsighted here, but I haven't yet figured this out...

Every time an update popup comes out, we have the option to back up config files that we were using. Well, I messed around with them for the first time (grrr incompatible forestry backpacks) and I checked the box when I updated today (Mindcrack). Where are they?
 
Im not sure myself.. I usually just back it up myself to be sure... Just check all the files and could not see it.. Odd.
 
I've never done the backup before, but did you check the FTB folder in AppData or whever all your Minecraft folders are?
