Summary of the problem Conduits and Cables randomly stop working

What is the bug? At Random times, Item Conduits from EnderIO and Importers from Refined Storage stop working. Whenever I break then replace the Conduits and Importers, then it starts working again.
Mod & Version Refined Storage: Version 1.2.25
EnderIO: Version 1.10.2-3.1.180

Is it repeatable? Yes. I am not sure what makes it happen but it sometimes happens when I go to a different dimension
