Im playing single player and I was having trouble with the the EU Collecion Monitor, so naturally I went to the main islands and hit that reset button, but that made it worse.. now all the monitor are down and they are showing the /home # message.. Is there any fix for that?
 
I'm having the same problem. I'm very interested in a fix. Hitting the reset button multiple times does nothing, and the issue also cannot be resolved just by waiting.

Apart from a real fix, I'll probably just cheat the rewards in myself after throwing away the corresponding hand-in items / filled tanks / filled batteries.
 
Yes, I'm having the same problem, to make no cheats, just check the the 5 MFSU are full and then cheat the rewards.
