Details of the issue:

when ever i load up a modpack that is 1.7.10 it always crashes at the PreInitialization CoFH Core part.​

make sure your drivers are up to date.
there is a config option somewhere tho disable the loadingscreen, this may get you to the main menu but it may be unusable if you don't update your drivers (if there are newer once)

Try to reinstall the mod or find a version more stable of the mod.
