Client Not Responding, Strange "Fix", Needing Help with a Real Fix

Details of the issue:OS - Windows 7 x64
Java - 7 update 79 x64
Ram - 32gb, 5gb to server 3gb to client
CPU - A10 5800K 3.8ghz quad core (not overclocked)
GPU - AMD 7660 + A10 dual graphics
Antivirus - Malware Bytes scans and Security Essentials (both scans clean)
Ok, I don't have a log to support this because neither the server, nor the FTB log consoles show anything strange, but my client will randomly (about 4-10 minutes apart) freeze and go into "Not Responding." This just started happening about one week ago. Prior to that I have been running the same server (FTB Infinity) consistently without issues. I tried to connect to a friends server, Agrarian Skies, and after 45 minutes I had the same issue. This has happened with my loading chunks, staying in one area, and teleporting to new ages (mystcraft). I have also set my view to 6 chunks, light off, clouds off, and graphics to fast without any success.
On to the random fix I've found. So, if I begin to freeze and alt+tab to the console, the game will not freeze. If I alt+tab to any other screen, it freezes, but going back to the console unfreezes it. Only the FTB console works for unfreezing the client. If I start without the client the game freezes and I have to force close minecraft.
I have tried uninstalling java completely and reinstalling, uninstalling and reinstalling minecraft and the ftb exe, and optimizing my graphics for performance. I've also ran all of my anti-virus in safe and connected modes, and ran CCleaner, and I'm still having the same issue.
Other users on my server are not having any issues and the server does not freeze. Please advise with any tools or tips that may help. Thank you and have a good day.
