Client Crash: Rendering screen java.lang.NullPointerException: Rendering screen

Minecraft Crashing After moments Starting game​

Details of the issue:
Start the game, able to move around for a minute or two, then it just crashes to desktop without any explanation. Crash Log is a foreign language to me.​

Whats strange. this is the first time it happened. It never happened before. Though this happened after I TP'd to a friend on my server, twice. I don't know whats going on.

Server has two added mods that shouldn't be causing issues, that's More Player Models, and Custom NPCS for Minecraft 1.7.10.

Edit 2: The crash happened near a generated walled village. My friend is not having issues there and I have a much more powerful PC then they. At another location on the same map, there has been no crash. What is going on?

Edit 3: Renamed title after error name via Log.
