Chunk Reset

Well, I had just finished getting a research for the Brain In A Jar, and my computer overheated and crashed. Normally, this doesn't do anything to my world, but when I got back in to it today, I saw this:

It seems like there are 2 chunks that have reset. Can anyone help me fix this, or is my world corrupt forever? Forgecraft had a problem like this in their shared resources room, but this was fixed somehow. Since SSP and SMP are linked, there is probably a fix.
Edit: Both chunks were chunkloaded and had Enderchests in them.
Edit2: My poor Nether!

i have seen some reports of chunkproblems with ender chests, also several ppl reported they didn't have this problem.

So we have identified what the issue now is there any way we can fix it?

Forgecraft reloaded a world backup. No other way to restore that I know of.

Way to gravedig. I have since started a new world with the DW20 pack and everything has been fine. One of those mods probably accidentally fixed the problem.
