chunk loading errors.

I have a pump in the nether that pumps lava into a liquid tesseract and takes it to my base
It has a chunk loader block next to it but whenever I log out, it stops loading then chunk and my quarries and base runs out of lava.

Why is this? It does work when I walk to it but its annoying for when I'm offline and want resources gathering on my server.

Someone had to. It is a multiplayer server that is on 24/7. I had a transposer-ender chest rig going that worked round the clock, but the tesseract setup does not.

Is the tesseract set to send only? Is it send to a private frequency? Public frequency? Redstone signal?

Is your server set to allow chunk loading when players are offline?

The server does allow chunks offline because my ender chest/transposer method worked. Its also set to send and frequencied right. It works fine but it doesn't work when I'm offline.

I notice this thing now with my ftb ultimate world, when i logout my pumps stops in nether and/or mystcraft age. Checked my chicken config and allowoffline is set to true. When i login i have to visit my pump for it to start even thou there is a chunk loader there.
Tried with World Anchor and Chunk Loader, but same thing.
