Chunk errors - MCedit doesnt work?

So on my SMP server we recently had a power outage and upon logging back in 3 chunks (luckily sort out outside of main area of houses) are not loading and causing errors. I would just use MCedit but it generally screws things up (chaning rubber into netherwart and such). I could just ignore these chunks but they eventually lag the server as it errors on them over and over. Is there a way to delete these chunks since MCedit path doesn't work with FTB it seems?

I would be glad to link my world file if someone could edit them.. i dont even care if they are stone all the way to bedrock ... just want my server to work.

Other than MCEdit I don't actually know any other ways, but I will suggest trying it anyways. Do make a backup.

yeah I actually tried it out. basically bunch of my blocks become pumpkins and other random things. so it doesnt work. I have aback up but i was avoiding going to it as it is like 2 days old and a lot has happened on server since then >.<

Yeah. did you read my post? I cannot use MCedit as it messes up blocks. Maybe haven't tried using MCEdit on your FTB world. if you do all blocks get screwed up. I think there is a way to open the file using mod ids and such ... i dont care that i wont be able to place and specific blocks in the wold. only want to delete chunks. When i do however it will delete like bunch of my world... basically all my RP2 machines most IC3 machines... all rubber trees get turned into netherwart.

Maybe i am just an idiot but this is what happens and ive seen many posts that says the same. If you know of a way to open the world in MC edit where it wont change blocks in my world and i can delete those chunks then please let me know!!!
