I'm not sure what to do...

any help will be great, tell me if a world download is needed
Not sure what you mean, but i have done nothing in my world it just randonly appeared. Any way i have give up on ftb second time its happened and now my full world is currupted. i cannot move because of the lag and only the chunk im in is loaded, also i cannot destroy any blocks....
