Chaning Mod Recipes With Modtweaker?

Hello everyone, I am making a survival HQM modpack and i'm trying to remove the salt water bottle > waterbottle smelting recipe. I got it removed from the vanilla furnace but how would I remove it from Thermal Expansions furnace?

With the lates (0.6.something) you can also remove change things from ThermalExpansion

Using Modtweaker, you would remove it.

And Thermal Expansion support has been in Modtweaker a while, it's just been undocumented.
