So, I was just starting a DW20 server hosted by a third party when they decided to change the terms and I no longer wish to be with them as a provider.

I got another server with my main vanilla host, copied the entire directory of my ex-server and uploaded them to the new server.

This should have worked yes? I'm having issues with my world now. On the ex-server I had BoP set up, and spawn was right next to a mangrove biome, but when I launch the new server, the mangrove is gone, and many other holes exist in my world.

What did I miss?

It seems it was an issue with the custom jar settings the server kept defaulting to a bukkit jar file and was not recognizing everything else.
Still working on it, but will let you know how it all goes.

Try changing the name of the forge jar to the name of the bukkit jar file, and name the bukkit jar file something else.

Turns out I had to:
1 Upload all the files from the FTB downloads
2 Create a jar folder
3 Upload all the files again into the jar folder
4 Change the name of the jar to custom in both the jar folder and in the main directory
5 Upload my world folder
6 Select custom jar file in multicraft and direct it to custom.jar
7 Start server

It worked!
