Change item into different Oredict version?

I have an absolute ton of ores, so I want to build stuff out of ore blocks. However, the metals keep crafting into the Railcraft blocks, while I prefer the Thermal Foundation block textures. Is there a mod that allows to change blocks into a different block that matches it in the Ore Dictionary?

I think chisel can do this, also jabba barrels may be able to do it. You may need to lock the barrel and/or need an upgrade though
