Cartographer program to create .jpg maps?

Hi all!

Are you aware about any cartograper program out there which could create .jpg maps out of FTB map?
I've tried to use Cartograp G, but doesn't work, I assume Cartograph G works only with vanilla version.

Or can Rei Minimap create a .jpg somehow?

If google doesn't give you any results to do with this, chances are there are none or it's vastly unheard of or just a request.
 
Unmined makes a nice map, in .png or .bmp. It isn't that hard to convert over to .jpg though, is it?
