cant use the launcher

i need help every time i try to play a modpack it says invalid username or password. please help i want to play a mod pack thanks

Have you tried making sure your username and password ARE valid and not cracked?
Also, if you happen to have an old MC account and migrated it to a Mojang account, you have to use your email instead.
