cant teleport to dim-1 or use nether portal

i own a ftb beyond server and i cant teleport (using projectworlds) to dim-1 even though it exists in my world folder. i tried deleting it and it correctly reinstalled but still to no avail. the traditional nether portal doesnt teleport either, it just stays stuck in the swirly purple stuff until i break the block. i can teleport to all the other worlds just fine though. this is a pretty fresh world, i dont have a lot of plugins. here are my plugins: projectcore/worlds/portals, grief prevention, catclearlag, nucleus w/ mixins, voxelsniper, luckyperms. thanks for any help

Are you using Biome Bundle?

i actually saved my world and did a fresh install. its working fine now

i slowly added plugins to see if i could find the culprit, portal still works. i now have more plugins than i did when i posted. still going strong, portal works with my alt account. hoping to open up the server soon, maybe next week

Strange, i did a fresh install and it didn't work. did you have netherportalfix disabled during first world generation?
